Almost all items are eligible for a return, please check out the requirements below.
– All items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
– All items must be returned smoke free, stain free, and makeup free. IF there is any indication of either, we CAN NOT process your return.
– If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item(s), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order based off of the postal tracking.
Final sales items include:
– Intimates (bras, face masks, socks and jewelry)
– Any item sold at a discounted rate
– Gift cards
– All postal returns are the financial responsibility of the customer
how to make a return
Return for exchange:
- – We can not provide returns for exchanges due to limited and constantly changing inventory.
- – We strongly encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the unwanted item(s).
Return for refund:
- – Must be postmarked back to us within 15 days of the original ship date in which it left our facility..
- – Please contact us as soon as you open your package, access your styles for fit, and see there needs to be a return so that we can advise you on the next step.
- – Returning shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
- – Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment used.
- – Returns for refunds must have the packing receipt in the return, if not a store credit will be issued.
When mailing a return:
- – Please make sure that items are securely packed! We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages on their way back to us.
- – Please provide the original receipt back in your return so that we can properly channel your return.
- – Please send returns only with tracking numbers for both of our records.

- – Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of delivery receipt back to us and you will be contacted regarding the return you are processing.
- – Returns that do no meet our eligibility will not be refunded or allowed to be returned to ensure that our item quality meets our standards for all customers.
If an ineligible item is returned to us:
- – We will make all attempts to contact you regarding the matter. If we can not reach you within 48 of beginning of contact, your items will be donated to a charity.
- – You will have the option to ship your item(s) back to yourself at your cost if your return does not meet eligibility.
