shipping policy

  • Once your order has been placed, we strive to have your package out on the same day or the next business day at the latest. For orders placed on Friday afternoons and weekends, we will work to have them in the mail before the postal passes, depending on the time in which your order was placed. If not, it may take up to an additional 3 days before your package is actively in the mail.

  • Tracking is emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are available either on the same day or up to 1 business day from when your package has been shipped.

  • If for some reason there is a delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

  • If you wish for us to reship an unclaimed package, a refused package, or an undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. All returns that we receive back at our store will be processed to be refunded to the original form of payment. The customer will be contacted as soon as the process begins.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that were sent to the specified address at checkout. It will then be your responsibility to check with neighbors and the appropriate delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for the shipping costs for any returns or returns that are lost in the mail. Please send back all returns with a tracking number through the delivery service of your choice. We recommend keeping the receipts and tracking until your return is fully taken care of.
